EVERYTHING is connected!
Marvel has
crossed over Street Fighter and SNK several times. Street Fighter has
also crossed over with Darkstalkers, both in comics and in games. Street
Fighter has also crossed over with SNK who have crossed over with
Tekken along with Street Fighter. So it's safe to say all of those are
in the same universe. Street Fighter is now crossing over with Power
Rangers. They are in another universe but they're still crossing over.
DC has crossed over with TMNT who have crossed over with Mortal Kombat
AND Power Rangers. DC has also crossed over with Mortal Kombat. DC has
also crossed over with Marvel several times in the past. Power Rangers
has crossed over with TMNT, DC and Street Fighter, not to mention,
crossing over with other Power Ranger Universes such as Hyperforce and
the Movie Verse in Legacy Wars, which is canon to the Street Fighter
crossover.
So basically, the various
Capcom Characters have crossed over with Tekken and SNK and with Marvel.
Marvel has crossed over with DC. DC has crossed over with TMNT, which
has crossed over with every version of itself and Mortal Kombat and
Power Rangers. Mortal Kombat has had guest appearances from a Xenomorph
and the Predator, which have also crossed over with DC, Freddy and
Jason, who have crossed over with Ash AND Leatherface, Kratos has also
made an appearance there. Kratos also popped in Soul Calibur.
Sonic
also crossed over with Mega Man AND into Smah Bros. Smash Bros had
several characters in it, even ones from other universes, such as Ryu,
Bayonetta and Snake.
Ryu obviously brings us back around
to Capcom, but Bayonetta is heavily implied to be in the same universe
as DMC, which has crossed over with Street Fighter.
Link
has also appeared in both Smash Bros and Soul Calibur, which has
included Kratos, mentioned above, along with Heihachi, who has crossed
over with Street Fighter and KOF, AND some Star Wars characters, and the
Dagobah system was mentioned in Power Rangers.
KOS-MOS from Xenosaga has also appeared in Soul Calibur, Namco X Capcom, which brought together a lot of characters.
I could go on and on, but we'd be here all day, so I'll just say that everything is interconnected and leave it at that.
